To run ‘Compact and Repair ‘ follow below mentioned steps: On the Tools menu find ‘Database Utilities’ Click ‘Compact and Repair Database’ Search for ‘Database to Compact from’ navigate and double-click the database that you want to compact and repair Click ‘Save’ When you use ‘Compact and Repair Utility’, system replaces the existing file with a compacted one.
